DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF Ba1-xSrxTiO3 CERAMIC OBTAINED BY THE PEROXOMETHOD

The system Ba1-xSrTiO3 (x=0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,4 mol at.) is obtained by the peroxomethod. The temperature dependence of the permittivity ( r) and the dielectric losses (tg ) at frequency 1kHz on the calcination temperatures of ceramics Tcal=1250, 1300, 1400 C are studied. A ceramic material with compound Ba0,8Sr0,2TiO3 calcinated at 1400 C surrounding temperature 20 C has r = 3500, tg =70.10-4. Its Curie temperature is Tc=50 C, and in the same point r=6400. These values make it suitable for production of capacitors with high volumes.
